Who - The group is for you if:

What - In each session we will:
- Practice group mindfulness.
- Use worksheets designed to support healthy thinking.
- Break out rooms to work in small groups around your mindset goals and brainstorming the next steps for your shift.
- Develop your mindset tools.
- Discussion about your mindset, thinking, and where you can shift the narrative in your mind.
- Slack community page to ask questions and interact with others.
- Starting April 2, 2020 - Thursday Mornings from 9-10:30 am Every other week.
- Starting April 6th, 2020 - Monday Evenings from 4-5:30 pm every other week.
